Mods keep the Skyrim alive, people who haven't tried it have missed one of the best open world, survival, adventure game. Instead of fallout they should have gone for Elder scrolls for web series.

I remember counting down the days with fellow fans to the launch of this masterpiece. Hearing these themes today still give me chills. DICE got so much right with everything up to BF1. It breaks my heart that we may never see titles like them again.

shoutout to SmartBlueCat, try the Inigo mod if you haven't already. changes the whole game for the better with an authentic, fully-voiced character companion, who has more charm than the entire rest of Skyrim's characters put together
